Meet Steve & Trish Brousson
One of the reasons that Steve and Trish Brousson love Fort St. John is because it's not too busy. "It takes you five minutes tops to get through town," said Trish. The Broussons also like that they can enjoy the advantages of a both a city and the rural life. Fort St. John allows Steve and Trish to access the amenities of a large centre while living in the beautiful countryside. The Broussons believe Fort St. John has everything you may need and a variety of great small businesses such as This and That, Marcy's Bright Ideas and Whole Wheat and Honey.
Trish enjoys reading, being outside in nature and travelling with Steve when they are able to. They both love spending time with their children.
Steve and Trish always wanted to work for themselves and they chose Homesteader Health because they both were familiar with the health food industry. "We grew up in families who shopped in health food stores," explained Trish, "where healthy foods and supplements were the norm." Steve has a business degree and is a Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner. They wanted to pursue a business that would provide health and help to others and Homesteader Health Foods was a perfect fit.
Since 1989 Homesteader Health Foods has been an active and successful business with a growing loyal customer base in Fort St. John.
